Spread across an area of 12,000 sq.ft. The existing site already incorporated a basket ball and tennis court. If not retaining the same sport, incorporating another one which could fit into the environment of the lounge was deeply considered and worked upon. Mini Golf was settled upon as the sport to have within. Further, the use of mini golf added in making the structure sustainable through the use green elements on the roof.
